Better process, better performance: The Mighty Networks email upgrade

With multiple stakeholders involved, they needed a centralized database to efficiently track and create emails. The existing setup lacked integration and seamless data flow, making it difficult for the marketing and executive teams to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.

To address these challenges, Scalero built a state-of-the-art, comprehensive email system within Notion. Collaborating with Mighty’s analytics team, Scalero ensured all Notion data seamlessly passed into their Snowflake database, which then integrated with Looker. Additionally, Hubspot data was fed into Snowflake and Looker in order to create a unified and robust email system with strong analytics capabilities.

The implementation of this robust email system resulted in significant improvements for Mighty. The marketing team now has a centralized and efficient way to track and create emails, leading to enhanced collaboration and faster execution of campaigns.
