Sound familiar?
01 / 05
A welcome series converts what comes in. It can’t create demand on its own.
Paid brings new people into the flows that already convert.
02 / 05
Burned by big-budget campaigns
Broad spend, a big ask upfront, and weak leads at the end.
We start narrow and grow spend only as results earn it.
03 / 05
Cheap leads that go quiet
Signups, but not always the right ones.
Optimized toward qualified leads, not the cheapest click.
04 / 05
Ads and emails don’t talk
Different messages, audiences, and numbers.
One team runs both, off the same audiences.
05 / 05
Accounts exist, nobody runs them
Past efforts never had enough behind them.
A dedicated team and a weekly read.
Paid puts more people into it, and nudges the ones already there along.
EXAMPLE
1
Start with your CRM list
2
Sync the engaged, not-yet-converted group
3
Paid shows them the same message
4
They come back and convert
Already a Scalero client? The segments in that example are the ones your lifecycle team already maintains.
THE PROCESS
Accounts, tracking, and audiences
Ad accounts set up under your ownership. Conversion events verified. Your CRM configured for paid, and audience syncs connected before budget starts.
Campaigns live
Built from assets you already have, on-brand and consistent with your lifecycle messaging. Audiences and hooks tested head to head, with weak tests cut quickly.
Reporting and growth
Weekly reporting on spend and cost per qualified result, by channel, audience, and creative. A recommendation attached to every finding. Winners fed back into lifecycle.
MEASUREMENT FIRST, THEN SPEND
Scalero started in data and lifecycle. Paid runs on that same plumbing.
Conversion events verified before budget moves
Source and campaign attribution in your CRM
Cost per qualified result, not clicks
Held-out and suppression audiences built
Q&A
Still have questions? Our paid media team is happy to walk through it with you.
01
02
We already work with Scalero on lifecycle. What changes?
Paid layers on top of what you already have with us, fits into the same rhythm, and is priced separately. Because we already know your segments, your data, and your creative, paid starts from what is working instead of from scratch.
03
We don't work with Scalero yet. Can we still work with you on paid media?
Yes. Paid media can run alongside a lifecycle engagement or on its own. Either way, we start from your customer data in the ESP or CRM you already use.
04
Why run paid media and lifecycle together?
Because they're built from the same parts: your audience, your messaging, and your creative. Your CRM segments become ad audiences, proven emails become ads, and what wins in one channel informs the other. Paid brings new people into flows that already convert, and reaches the people email alone doesn't move.
05
Which ad platforms do you run?
Google (Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, and display retargeting), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn are where most programs start. We also run Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, and connected TV through MNTN, added when the goal calls for it.
06
How long until we know if it's working?
Early data starts coming in soon after launch, but three months is the honest minimum to judge paid media fairly. Set-up is front-loaded, and optimization keeps going from there.
07
What about regulated industries like insurance or financial services?
Categories like housing, employment, and financial services come with ad platform restrictions and disclosure requirements. We plan around them from the start instead of finding out mid-campaign.
08
Do we need new creative?
Very little. Ads are built from the emails and brand assets you already have, adapted to each platform's formats by Scalero's design team, with fresh variations tested on an ongoing basis. Net-new brand or video production and landing page builds usually sit outside paid media scope.
09
Is paid media priced separately from lifecycle?
Yes. Each can start on its own, and there are no overages or hidden fees. If something isn't meeting your needs, we'll raise it and reassess together.

NEW TO SCALERO
We look at your audiences, your current spend, and where paid fits with what you already run. No budget moves until the measurement plan is agreed.
ALREADY A SCALERO CLIENT
Tell your account team you want to talk paid and we will bring the paid media team into your next call. It is priced separately, so it starts on its own.
