As Mercury rolled out new products and expanded across customer segments, the lifecycle program had to keep pace: welcoming new customers, reactivating dormant ones, cross-selling between products, and supporting big strategic moments, all while keeping deliverability healthy at high volume.

Mercury's in-house lifecycle leaders needed a partner who could move at the speed of product launches without sacrificing rigor. Treasury, IO cards, security campaigns, referral programs: each one needed end-to-end support, fast.

Scalero works as an extension of Mercury's lifecycle team rather than an outside vendor. We build and launch new campaigns and broadcasts, support every major product rollout, and run the weekly performance reporting.
